Day
1
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast in Arusha, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant population, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a full-day game drive across the park’s beautiful landscapes, spotting elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and many bird species. Later in the evening, drive to Mto wa Mbu or Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, depart from Mto wa Mbu and drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to Serengeti National Park. Enjoy scenic views along the way before entering the endless Serengeti plains. In the afternoon, begin your first game drive in Serengeti, home to lions, cheetahs, leopards, wildebeest, and zebras. Dinner and overnight at a camp or lodge inside or near Serengeti.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Start the day with an early morning game drive in Serengeti to maximize wildlife sightings. After breakfast, continue your journey with game viewing en route as you exit the park. Drive toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area with optional stops for photography and wildlife viewing along the way. Arrive at the crater rim in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive in one of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife areas. The crater is home to the Big Five, including the rare black rhino, as well as hippos, lions, hyenas, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. After a picnic lunch on the crater floor, ascend and drive back to Arusha, marking the end of your safari adventure.
