About this tour

This is a five-day group tour with a maximum of 6–7 clients (in a custom safari jeep with a pop-up roof) accompanied by a guide/driver and a chef. The tour covers the famous northern circuit parks, including Serengeti, which is the largest and known for over a million wildebeest migrating with more than 250,000 zebras. The Ngorongoro Crater is the main highlight, offering beautiful landscapes and easier wildlife viewing on the crater floor. Tarangire is like a smaller Serengeti but is famous for its large number of elephants. The tour finishes at Lake Manyara National Park, known for flamingoes and tree-climbing lions. This tour allows sufficient time in the parks to observe wildlife and relax.

Note: Accommodation during this tour is in lodges.

The park is notable for its large number of Ancient Baobab trees and the highest concentration of elephants in the country, offering great opportunities to observe elephant family interactions. A game drive will follow, focusing on reported wildlife sightings (predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards are harder to spot) while herbivores like giraffes, wildebeest, and zebras are abundant throughout the park.

Later, we will stop at the Tarangire River picnic site to enjoy lunch with scenic views of the river and wildlife; small monkeys and baboons may try to approach your food, but there is no need to worry.

After lunch, we will continue the game drive and exit the park around 4:30 pm, then head to your lodge in Mto Wa Mbu.
